When an order number is provided, PrimeSIM may match it with store records. Only matched feedback can display the “Order confirmed” label. Customer-submitted feedback without an order match is labelled separately.
Can I submit a PrimeSIM review?
Yes. After using PrimeSIM, select “Write a Review” on this page and share your experience. Submitted reviews follow PrimeSIM’s review and publication policy.
Does PrimeSIM publish critical feedback?
Helpful critical feedback may be published alongside positive experiences. Private information, abusive content, spam, and claims that cannot be tied to a genuine experience may be withheld.
Will PrimeSIM work on every non-PTA phone?
No. The phone must be factory-unlocked and support eSIM. Compatibility should be checked before ordering. PrimeSIM is a data connectivity option; it is not a PTA approval or device-unlocking service.
Does a PrimeSIM plan include calls, SMS, or a local number?
No. PrimeSIM plans are data-only unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise. Regular cellular calls, SMS, and a local phone number are not included.
